1. What PanelLoad is
PanelLoad ("we", "us") provides free online calculators for electrical work in the United States, such as conduit fill, wire size and ampacity. By using panelload.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Reference only
The calculators and tables are reference tools. They are not engineering advice, a code interpretation or an inspection. The authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) and the edition of the National Electrical Code (NEC) that your jurisdiction has adopted govern your installation. Local amendments may change the result. You are responsible for checking every result against the adopted code, the equipment listing and the manufacturer's instructions before you rely on it.

3. Your account
Some features need an account. Give us a real email address, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, scraping it at a rate that affects other users, probing for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or using it to break the law.
5. Our content
The site, its design and its software belong to us or our licensors. You may use the calculator results in your own work. You may not copy the site itself or resell access to it without permission. NEC is a registered trademark of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA); we are not affiliated with NFPA.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the numbers correct, but we do not promise that they are error-free, complete or current, or that the site will always be available.
7. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on a calculator result, including rework, failed inspections, property damage or injury. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and ending use
We may change these terms or the site at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the contact address shown on the site.
